Is Your Reality True or Is It A Projection?
with Amy Dempster
Experience tells us our reality is true and real, but we also know from science that our experience of reality is a projection. So, this begs the question: Is reality true or a projection? It seems real, but is it? And if reality is a projection, how does that work and why does it feel so real? We dive in and explore this in this episode with Earth Healing Expert Amy Dempster.
Including, these juicy topics:
Physical things like bodies, houses and cars are 99.999% space, though they seem very real. But are they really? Objects in dreams seem real, but they are part of the projected world of you as the dreamer. What you see on the internet looks real, but it is just constructed through organized bits of data. So then, what is real?
The Internet is a model of projected reality where we interact via our digital avatars, whether your Facebook or Instagram profile, website or other digital projection of you. Your projection isn’t the “real” you, but you project part of you through it into the projected digital world of the internet and interact with other avatars as if they are real
Projections from other dimensions are already integrated into our experience—Amy shares her experience of that. She also shares how we interact with projections from other dimensions as if they are real, because they seem to be real. But are they? How can we tell projections and “reality” apart?
Beliefs shape perception, and perception shapes reality or at least it shapes your experience of reality. But beliefs, opinions and other perceptions are all made up—and we change them all the time. So then, what is the nature of reality beneath our personal and collective beliefs?
Where you focus your attention determines how you experience reality because you focus on the feedback loop that supports that particular experience of reality. But there are many versions of reality to focus on each with their own feedback loops that validate that experience of reality as true. Is everything true, then? Is nothing true?
Your innate brain technology helps to hold your perception of reality in place and validate the reality you believe in in the moment. If you change your mind, that same brain technology validates your new perceived reality as true. If your brain functions to validate your “truth” of the moment, what’s really true?
