How to Hear Your Inner Voice

From an early age we are taught to think our way through life, but thought is limited only to what we have learned, Our inner voice is our connection to our deep wisdom, fresh insight, awareness and true inspiration of something new. Learning how to access it is also the best way to discover new solutions to old problems that come from a higher state of consciousness.

When you are thinking, your thoughts drown out your inner voice, and so spending time in activities that relax thought (like walking in nature) help you hear your inner voice.

Thought tends to be logical and sequential in solving problems, where your inner voice tends to bring a complete awareness of what is possible.

Scheduling time in your day or week for spaciousness or relaxed thought activities helps signal your body and mind that hearing your inner voice is a priority.
